This is your own culinary arts school. Tuition is free and you don't have to buy any text books. Unfortunately, I can't issue a degree on completion, but I can make cooking and dining an enjoyable experience.
The lessons will include safety, sanitation, thickening agents, vegetable & fruit carvings and cooking, food presentation, sandwiches, salads, soups and of course meat and poultry preparation and selection.
All lessons will be the same as I taught in my culinary arts program, which the U.S. Department of Education thought was one of the ten best vocational programs in the country, of any type for any age group.
